AI Agent Developer – Rapid Prototyping and Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful AI Agent Developer to spearhead the creation and rapid prototyping of AI agents for diverse use cases. In this dynamic role, you will integrate cutting-edge technologies, such as LLMs (Large Language Models), RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), memory, and web interfaces, to deliver MVPs in record time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging the latest AI automation and agent frameworks to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents by combining LLMs, RAGs, and memory modules with web interfaces tailored to specific use cases.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver MVPs for AI agents within a few days, enabling quick iteration and validation of diverse applications.
• Experiment with and implement the latest AI coding automation tools and frameworks, such as Replit agents, N8N.io, CrewAI, LangChain, and other agentic AI platforms.
• Develop robust workflows and pipelines for integrating AI capabilities with APIs, databases, and other backend services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand use case requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Continuously explore and integrate emerging AI tools and trends to improve development speed and quality.
• Optimize agents for usability, efficiency, and reliability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Document workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance future development efforts.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing AI-driven applications or agents, preferably using LLMs, RAGs, or related technologies.
• Expertise in leveraging AI creation frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Replit agents, N8N.io) to accelerate development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of API integrations and web development frameworks for building user-facing interfaces.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality results under tight timelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for experimenting with new tools and technologies.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
