AI Agent Builder – Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Agent Builder to design and implement a fully functional AI team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI team planning, process automation, and scalable agent creation, specifically for a digital marketing environment.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role that requires critical thinking, innovation, and previous experience building AI automation systems for agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and map out AI agent workflows to support agency departments
- Build, test, and implement AI agents for:
- Sales prospecting and lead generation
- Sales closing and pipeline management
- Account management and client success
- Fulfillment of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content services
- Integrate AI systems with CRM (preferably HighLevel), CMS (WordPress), and ad platforms
- Document all AI processes, SOPs, and automation logic for team training
- Monitor, refine, and optimize AI agent performance for efficiency and scalability

- SEO (technical SEO, on-page, A/B testing)
- Google Ads Management

- Ad creative development
- SEO and Ads A/B testing
- Audience research and ICP development
- Content creation and publishing (WordPress)
- WordPress landing page design and optimization
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and testing
- Sales funnel development and A/B testing

Requirements:
- Proven experience building AI agents for digital marketing or SaaS agencies
- Strong skills in process mapping, automation design, and AI systems planning
- Experience with prompt engineering and agent chaining (e.g., GPTs, Langchain, AutoGPT)
- Familiarity with tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, HighLevel, or similar platforms
- Experience integrating AI with CRM systems, project management tools, and content workflows
- Ability to work during US EST time zone hours (or partial overlap)
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in digital marketing, marketing automation, or SaaS workflow design
- Familiarity with WordPress publishing, SEO best practices, and marketing funnel optimization
- Experience building custom agents using OpenAI, Langchain, AutoGPT, or similar frameworks

Working Hours:
Full-time, remote. Must be available for collaboration during US business hours (at least 4 hours overlap with EST).
