We provide outsourcing services for our niche. We find and recruit talented individuals to provide remote Architecture, Engineering, & Construction support for our U. S and internationally based Clients. We are looking for qualified and highly experienced professionals for our talent pool to work remotely & virtually for our clients. You will be part of a team of professional remote engineers, architects, and support staff that fulfills our clients' needs for their daily operations.
General Requirements
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Engineering Technology, & Construction a must
• Experience in the construction & design processes required
o Minimum of 5 years industry experience
• Proficient in MS Office tools a must
• Great interpersonal & communication skills
o License/Certification:
-4 Year B.S Accredited Civil Engineering Degree or
-4 Year B.S Accredited Construction Management Degree
-4 Year B.S Architecture Engineering Degree
Role Description & Responsibilities:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting and HR Administrator in the Philippines to join our remote team and be our local liaison! In this role, you'll be the backbone of our recruiting efforts, handling everything from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and building profiles in Excel. You'll also work alongside our Account Executives on client calls, manage candidate communication, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruiting process. The tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Communicating via phone calls,
• Creating and posting job postings and advertisements on various online platforms
o Monitoring the success of the campaigns and platforms
• Scheduling candidate interviews & utilizing our project management tools for the process.
• Be the point of reference & contact for qualified candidates, onboarded candidates, disqualified, & potential candidates locally in the Philippines.
• Screening, reviewing, and processing resumes and candidate profiles via our project management tools
• Conduct video recorded interviews with a template of questions as part of the screening and candidate recruitment process.
•Compiling together qualified candidate profiles from candidate resumes in excel for client’s reference.
•Joining Remote AE tea
•Supporting Remote AE team on all recruiting, people & culture administrative duties and tasks such as extending offer
•Coordinate with 3rd party vendors or service providers for background screening and monitoring as needed.
•Scheduling & coordinating Zoom calendar invites Remote AE, clients and candidates.

•Creating the roles Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and documenting them.
•Conduct oneself in a professional manner in both appearance and communications with both candidates and clients.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
•Set weekly pay of $200 USD per week. Paid Biweekly
Commissions – Additional $25 USD per qualified & recruited candidate that is hired by a client for services. This will be paid out monthly after the month has closed.•Holiday Bonus available at year end after 1 year of employment (or sooner depending on performance)•Set weekly pay increase after 1 year of employment and a positive performance review.
Schedules, Holidays, & Time Off Details:
•Monday to Friday (some weekend communication with candidates may be necessary via txt,
•This is full-time work from home position or remote.
•The hours are generally from 6am-2pm US Eastern Standard Time role.
