ABA Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ABA Recruiter to join our growing team. The ABA Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and other clinical staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in healthcare recruitment, possesses strong relationship-building skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for ABA clinical and administrative positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top ABA talent.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
Promote the organization's employer brand and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA services.
Strong understanding of ABA roles, including BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

Knowledge of ABA industry trends and credentialing requirements.
Experience recruiting in multiple states.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
