Overview:
We’re looking for a highly compliant, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as an A2P & Workflow Onboarding Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in setting up A2P messaging systems, building efficient workflows and automations, and creating sleek, functional high-level (GoHighLevel) websites. Your primary focus will be client onboarding and ongoing customer support, helping our users succeed through expert guidance, system setup, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

-Guide new clients through a seamless onboarding process from setup to success
-Set up A2P 10DLC compliance and registration, ensuring adherence to industry standards
-Build and optimize automations and workflows inside HighLevel (or similar CRMs)
-Create and edit HighLevel websites, funnels, and landing pages tailored to client goals
-Offer expert-level support via email, chat, and Zoom, solving problems and answering questions quickly and professionally
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions and setups for internal team visibility
-Provide feedback and collaborate with our product and support teams to improve user experience
-Stay up to date on compliance regulations, A2P changes, and HighLevel feature updates

Requirements:
-Proven experience setting up A2P messaging systems and 10DLC registration
-Deep understanding of CRM workflows, triggers, automations, and pipeline configuration
-Proficiency in building websites and funnels within the HighLevel platform
-Strong grasp of compliance, security, and best practices for client data handling
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
-A client-first mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
-Experience in a customer success or support role is a plus

-Are familiar with API connections, webhooks, and third-party integrations
