Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our practice with outbound sales, administrative tasks, social media engagement, and basic medical insurance verification. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and tech-savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to referring doctors creating/using a provided script to encourage increased patient referrals.
Maintain and update a list of doctors categorized by city and specialty to support in-person visit planning/ routing
Track and report outreach success metrics.
Administrative Support
Answer calls and respond to

Perform light medical insurance verification by validating new patient insurance and confirming existing coverage.
Marketing & Social Media
Identify and engage with relevant accounts to grow social media presence.
Research and suggest new people or businesses to follow and interact with online.
Edit YouTube videos and create engaging thumbnails.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with social media management and engagement.
Basic knowledge of medical insurance verification (training can be provided).
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, video editing software, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
