A+ Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you have solid experience with Shopify and Google Sheets, and you’re confident working independently on reports, financial tasks, and data tracking — we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Gathering and organizing data from Shopify and other sources
Analyzing reports and identifying key numbers
Tracking Cost of Goods (COG) and maintaining financial records
Preparing financial summaries and reports for review
Monitoring store performance metrics and spotting inconsistencies
Communicating updates or findings to the team clearly and proactively

What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with Shopify — understanding of store backend and reports
Excellent skills in Google Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, and analysis
Financial understanding — comfortable working with revenue, costs, profit margins, etc.
Proactive mindset — you take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant follow-up
