I’m looking for somebody that can create YouTube thumbnails and short-form thumbnails for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

I need someone that can make dope, eye-catching thumbnails that actually grab attention and increase clicks. I’m looking for somebody that’s:

* Consistent
* Reliable
* Fast with communication
* Understands urgency
* Takes their work serious

I’m not looking at this as just paying somebody a fixed amount forever. I want to grow with a team. As we grow, improve, and scale, I want everyone around me to make more money together.
