3D Visual Creator (Modeling, Rendering & Animation) – Remote

We are looking for a creative 3D Visual Creator to join our team and help us bring concepts to life. Whether you are crafting hyper-realistic 3D VFX, building immersive/interactive demos, or creating stunning 3D modeled products, we want to see your unique artistic flair.

-Portfolio First: This role is all about skill and creativity. We care far more about your portfolio than perfect English or formal experience.

-Creative Freedom: We aren't tied to a rigid workflow—we care about the final result and your ability to create "cool" art that captures attention.

What You'll Do:
-Develop, model, and render high-quality 3D assets, environments, and product concepts.
-Bring static models to life with smooth, engaging motion graphics and animations.
-Conceptualize and execute visually striking VFX and interactive elements.
-Collaborate with our internal team to turn rough ideas and briefs into polished, modern visual art.
-Maintain an efficient workflow to deliver clean assets on time.

What We’re Looking For:
-The Magic Touch: A solid portfolio that shows creativity, style, and sharp attention to detail.
-Communication: Reliable and responsive in team communication. Your English does NOT need to be perfect—just enough to clearly collaborate with our team.
-Execution: Ability to follow directions, take constructive feedback, and deliver clean, modern designs.

Software Skills:
Our preferred tool for this role is Cinema 4D, and you should be highly proficient in it. Beyond that, we value expertise in industry-standard rendering and design tools. You don't need to know all of these, but you should be an expert in your preferred stack:
-Core: Cinema 4D (Highly Preferred)
-Render Engines & Tools: Redshift, Octane, Twinmotion, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Blender, or 3ds Max.
-Post-Production: Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop).
-If you use other specialized software to get incredible results, feel free to use whatever tools you are best at!
