3D Revit Modeler – As Built Models from BLK360 Point Clouds (PartTime, LongTerm)

We are looking for a 3D Revit Modeler who can turn our BLK360 point clouds into clean, well structured as built Revit models of existing buildings.

This is a remote, parttime, longterm position for someone in the Philippines who wants stable, recurring work and is reliable with deadlines. You will work in a repeatable workflow with clear project briefs and a consistent folder structure.



You will mainly:

Build as built Revit models of existing houses and small commercial buildings.

Model the existing situation directly from the 3D point cloud of our BLK360 scan (the point cloud is always the source for dimensions).

Use site photos and old drawings (when available) only to understand what you see in the point cloud (room use, finishes, labels) – never for measuring.

Set up and organize:

levels, grids and views,

main building elements: walls, floors, roofs, doors/windows, stairs, shafts, etc.

Keep models clean, consistent and easy to use for:

generating 2D plans/sections,

prefab detailing by our partners,

coordination with contractors.

Apply our Revit standards (naming, families, view templates as we define them).

Update models based on review comments / redlines.


We prefer fewer, high?quality models over rushing as many projects as possible. Accuracy and clarity are more important than speed.
