3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist – Architecture, Pools & Landscaping

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Rendering & Visualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating highly realistic 3D renders with a focus on luxury pool designs, landscaping, and architectural elements. You will utilize advanced AI tools, 3D modeling software (SketchUp - SKP), and rendering techniques to produce visually stunning and lifelike representations of our projects. Your expertise in textures, lighting, and water realism will be critical in bringing our designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Create ultra-realistic renders of pools, landscapes, and architectural elements using AI tools (Midjourney, etc.), SketchUp (SKP), and 3D modeling software.
Ensure high-quality water textures, lighting effects, and reflections to achieve photorealistic results.
Work closely with designers and architects to translate concepts into compelling visual representations.
Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance creativity and improve workflow efficiency.
Develop multiple design variations and iterations to explore different concepts and aesthetics.
Maintain an organized library of materials, textures, and models for streamlined project execution.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide stunning visual content for client presentations.
Stay updated on the latest AI rendering and 3D visualization trends to ensure cutting-edge deliverables.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in realistic architectural rendering and 3D visualization, specifically in landscaping and pool design.
Expertise in SketchUp (SKP), 3D modeling, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Twinmotion).
Strong proficiency in AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or other generative AI platforms.
Deep understanding of architectural design principles, material textures, and photorealistic lighting techniques.
Ability to create stunning, true-to-life water textures that enhance the realism of pool designs.
