3D Rendering Technician (Chief Architect) - Interior Design and Residential Projects

We are a high-end residential design and real estate firm specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home renovations. We work closely with homeowners, builders, and investors to create timeless, well-proportioned spaces.

We are expanding our services to include design visualization and are seeking a skilled Chief Architect professional to support our design team with production-level 3D modeling and renderings.

This is a technical execution role, not a creative design position.

You will be responsible for creating accurate, clean, and client-ready 3D renderings using Chief Architect based on direction provided by our team.

You will work from:

- Layouts
- Mood boards
- Finish schedules
- Reference images
- Written design instructions

Your role is to translate design intent into precise visual representations.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build full interior spaces in Chief Architect (kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces)
- Create custom cabinetry layouts including panels, fillers, toe kicks, and appliance integration
- Apply finishes accurately (wood tones, stone, tile, paint, metals)
- Set up clean camera views and lighting


PRODUCE:
- Perspective renderings
- Cabinet elevations
- Basic layout views when required
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Organize and maintain clean Chief Architect files
- Deliver final renderings in agreed formats and resolution


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Must-Have):
- Proven experience using Chief Architect (Premier or Interiors)
- Portfolio of interior projects created in Chief Architect
- Strong understanding of:
- Cabinet sizing and proportions
- Appliance clearances
- Countertop thicknesses
- Ceiling heights
- Trim and millwork relationships

- Ability to follow design direction precisely
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written English communication
- Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines


PREFERRED (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working with interior designers or builders
- Basic construction knowledge
- Photoshop or image post-processing skills
- Canva or presentation layout experience
- Familiarity with SketchUp (not required)
