3D Rendering / Design (Customer-Facing – Construction Projects)

I am looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who specializes in 3D renderings and design to help bring customer ideas to life for construction projects.

This role will start as a gig or part-time position, with strong potential to grow into a long-term role. You will be working directly with customer ideas and helping turn them into clean, professional visual designs.

Responsibilities:

Create 3D renderings based on customer requirements. (We provide measurements/ Photos)
Turn rough ideas, sketches, or notes into visual concepts
Make revisions based on customer feedback
Communicate clearly about design updates and timelines
Assist with basic customer communication when needed

Required Skills:

Experience with 3D rendering/design tools (2020, or Chief Architect)
Ability to create realistic or clean conceptual renderings
Strong attention to detail
VERY strong English communication skills
Ability to understand customer vision and translate it into design

Bonus (Big Plus):


Basic knowledge of materials, layouts, or building concepts

Starting as project-based or part-time
