3D Model Designer for Custom Figurines

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Model Designer to join our team for long term jobs as needed. The job requires knowledge in 3D modeling software such as Bender to design custom LEGO compatible elements such as unique character heads, figure accessories and more. This job is project based as needed.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create detailed 3D models of pop culture characters and elements specifically designed for resin printing and Lego compatibility.
- Ensure that all models meet quality standards and are optimized for resin printing.
- Stay updated on trends in pop culture and LEGO designs to inform your work.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in Blender and other 3D modeling software.
- Experience in designing 3D figurines or similar objects.
- Strong understanding of Lego dimensions and compatibility requirements.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pop culture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Experience:**
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D models, particularly of figurines or pop culture elements.
- Familiarity with resin printing processes and materials.
