We're Hiring: 3D Max Game Animator ????

We are looking for a passionate and creative 3D Max Game Animator to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring animators who want to grow their skills in a professional game development environment. You will be working closely with our animation and design team to create dynamic and engaging animations for our games.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and refine character and object animations using 3ds Max (or similar software).
- Work collaboratively with designers, artists, and developers to bring animations to life.
- Apply basic animation principles to ensure fluid and realistic motion.
- Assist in rigging and skinning 3D models as needed.
- Continuously learn and improve animation techniques.
- Adapt to feedback and make necessary revisions to animations.

Requirements:
- Basic familiarity with 3D animation software (3ds Max, Blender, or similar).
- Strong digital art skills, especially in Photoshop.
- Open to fresh graduates – no prior work experience required!
- Willing to work on-site in our office.
- A strong passion for learning and improving animation skills.
- Basic understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, squash & stretch, etc.).

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
- Familiarity with Substance Painter.
- High proficiency in 3ds Max or Blender.
- Experience with After Effects or Spine 2D software.
