About the Role
We are hiring a 3D Graphic Designer / CAD Designer with strong technical skills to create production-ready files, mockups, and schematics for signage, challenge coins, and 3D printed products.
This is not a basic graphic design role. It requires precision, technical knowledge, and an understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Create 3D models and STL files for:
Signage (channel letters, metal signs, LED signs)
Challenge coins
Custom fabrication projects
Prepare files for:
Laser cutting
CNC machining
UV printing
3D printing
Clean and optimize mesh models, vector files, and raster images
Convert raster images to clean vector files and vector files to raster for mockups
Create realistic customer mockups
Develop technical schematics for production
Ensure all files are clean, accurate, layered, and production-ready

Requirements
Strong 3D modeling and mesh editing skills
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to create clean and detailed vector artwork
Experience with CAD and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail (very important)
Understanding of color theory for print and signage

Software Experience
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Blender
SAi Flexi
Mastercam or similar CAM software
CAD software (e.g., EasyCAD or similar)
3D printing slicers (Bambu Lab, Creality, or similar)

Bonus Skills
Experience in the signage industry
Knowledge of channel letters, LED layouts, and metal fabrication
3D printing experience
Rendering for product mockups

Position Details
Hours: 20–30 hours per week (potential full-time)
Schedule: Night shift (approximately 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time, flexible based on workload)
Work Setup: Remote (Philippines only)
Pay: $3.00/hour, paid weekly via Wise
Start Date: Immediate hire
Requirements: NDA, contract agreement, TimeProof tracking (with screenshots), and daily end-of-day reports
