3D Architectural Scale Model — Residential Masterplan

We're seeking an experienced model maker to produce a clean, lightweight 3D printed scale model of a full residential masterplan in Auckland, New Zealand. The model will be used for sales and marketing within an onsite display suite.

Scope

Full masterplan model showing all stages
3D printed, predominantly white, minimal detail for the surrounding materplan and more detail for the 51 terraced houses we are building — a clean, contemporary "massing" style
Simple landscaping cues only: indicative pocket park with a few trees and grass areas, people and roading
Mounted on a low-profile base, lightweight and easily moveable by one person
Sized to sit on a display suite table — please advise recommended scale and footprint [our display suite is 6m x 3m, so the model needs to suit a tabletop within that space so we are suggesting around 700mmx700mm
