3D Architectural Rendering Specialist

We are seeking a talented 3D Architectural Rendering Specialist to create high quality, accurate project visualizations that help homeowners and property owners confidently move forward with construction projects.

Your renderings will be used directly by our sales team during the sales process to help clients visualize the finished result and increase project close rates.

Speed, accuracy, and realism are critical.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic exterior renderings fro ---------- asurements, photos, sketches, and project scopes
• Create realistic interior renderings when required
• Develop accurate 3D models based on project information provided by our team
• Apply realistic materials, colors, textures, lighting, landscaping, and project details
• Produce multiple design options when requested
• Complete revisions quickly and accurately
• Deliver projects within established turnaround times
• Maintain consistency and quality across all renderings

Requirements

• Strong 3D rendering and architectural visualization experience
• Ability to create accurate models from plans, measurements, photos, and scopes of work
• Strong understanding of residential construction
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
