3D Animator/Generalist

I am looking to hire a long term 3D generalist to join my studio. I am looking for someone who understands how to visually communicate the brief in 3D, the animation is very simple. The person should be expertly proficient in these softwares, Blender OR Maya, Substance Painter, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D.
