2D Animator: CV/Portfolio required

I am looking for a detail oriented digital artist who can animate 2d characters gifs, and emotes that will be used for commercial purposes.
This is a long-term project that is full-time employment. Unique 2D Characters and style are the biggest factors that I am looking for.
