Remote Appointment Setter / Outbound Cold Caller

We’re hiring experienced Remote Appointment Setters who have at least 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting and / or outbound cold calling. If you're confident on the phone, know how to handle objections, and close leads—this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Use a power dialer for outbound calls
Book qualified appointments consistently
Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
Reach and exceed performance goals

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of appointment setting / outbound cold calling experience
Confident and persuasive communicator
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
Familiarity with power dialers (e.g., Mojo, VUpgrade to see actual info)
Reliable internet and backup

Compensation:
Rate: $6–$8/hour
Bonuses and performance-based incentives
