Position Overview:
We are looking for an SEO and PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in optimizing websites and managing pay-per-click campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving traffic, increasing conversions, and growing the company’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize on-page content, technical SEO, and local SEO efforts to increase search engine rankings.
WordPress Mass Page Building for local domination
Build Landing Pages for tracking Google PPC and Meta Campaigns for attribution.
Implement backlink strategies and ensure a healthy link profile.
Regularly audit the website to identify SEO issues and implement solutions.
Track and analyze website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
Develop and execute a strategy for improving local search visibility and enhancing the company’s online reputation.
PPC Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
Continuously optimize ads, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ROI.
Monitor and manage budgets for PPC campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Analyze and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, targeting, and conversion rates.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO and PPC efforts with broader marketing objectives.
Provide regular performance reports to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep the company’s digital marketing strategies at the forefront.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and PPC, preferably in a local service-based industry like HVAC and plumbing.
Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience managing PPC campaigns with proven results in driving leads and conversions.
Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
