We are a small MSP and looking for a Senior Systems/Office 365 Engineer to join our team.

Hours required:
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm (Australian Eastern Time) - with one hour lunch break



Responsibilities:

Initially will be responsible for
1.Responsible for Managing our clients networks – including Azure, AVD, Office 365, and local networks including firewalls, switches and wifi (ubiquiti)
3. Escalations from our helpdesk - both office365 and general IT Support
4. Project and Migrations
5. Other projects as required

Experience Required:

Must have High Level of experience with:
Microsoft 365 and all associated apps (Sharepoint, teams, flow, etc)
Microsoft ATP
Intune/Endpoint Manager
Conditional Access
Experience setting up SPF, Dmarc and Dkim
Improving Business Processes
Azure VM Environments including:
Azure Virtual Desktop Experience

Other Systems Engineer Experience:
Windows Server (AD, GPO's etc)
Exchange
Network Admin
Sonicwall Firewalls
Ubiquiti Wifi

Must have excellent English skills - both verbal and written and have the ability to talk with clients.
