We’re The Aussie Man, a leading Australian men’s skincare brand scaling fast in AU and the US. We’re looking for an experienced, senior-level Google Ads Specialist to take FULL ownership of our Google Ads channel and scale it into a revenue-driving machine.

This is a FULL-TIME, EXCLUSIVE role—no side clients, no agencies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) for The Aussie Man and new brands (Dwils & Absolute Somebody).
• Scale daily spend from our current $1,000+/day, maintaining a minimum 2.5+ ROAS.
• Build & optimise high-converting Shopify landing pages (CRO-focused).
• Conduct daily account performance checks and submit a Daily Tracking Report.
• Provide detailed Weekly Breakdown Reports on progress, wins, and priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the founder (me!) on creative angles, copy, and UGC ad direction.
• Utilise customer reviews + AI tools to craft high-converting creative and copy.
• Assist in the expansion of The Aussie Man into the US market.
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Spark Ads? You’ll stand out even more.
Requirements (Read Carefully – Non-Negotiable):
• 6+ years of Google Ads experience managing large-scale eCommerce campaigns.
• Proven track record scaling brands at $1,000/day+ ad spend profitably.
• Shopify landing page building & CRO experience.
Proficiency with:
• Google Analytics 4
• Google Tag Manager
• Data Studio/Looker Reporting
• Klaviyo integrations
• Experience managing campaigns in Australian AND US markets.
• Available to work full-time, AEST or PST timezone, exclusively on our brands.
• Must provide references from Australian brands you’ve worked with.
• Clear, strong communication & ability to provide detailed reports.
• Familiarity with TikTok Spark Ads is preferred, but not essential.
