We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with GoHighLevel experience to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns. This role is ideal for a data-driven problem solver who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends and implement optimizations
- Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy to drive engagement
- Manage and refine bidding strategies to maximize ROI
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and contractors to enhance campaign success
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement data-backed solutions
- Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks and deadlines
- Communicate effectively through Slack or other collaboration platforms

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Prior agency experience working with multiple accounts
- Experience with lead generation campaigns (required)
- Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and improve key performance metrics
- Proficiency in writing ad copy that converts
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel for managing lead generation workflows
- Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and work independently
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) for clear communication
- Experience using ClickUp or similar task management tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running lead generation campaigns in the Roofing Industry
- Understanding of Google Ads policies and best practices for home services
