As the Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the full scope of tracking leads in Hubspot, getting them on sales calls, and following them through the sales process.

This job is completely remote. Hours for the job are 9am to 6pm PT/ Los Angeles, CA, USA. In Philippine Standard Time (PST) these hours are 12am to 9am Tuesday through Saturday.

In addition to the base pay that is up to $750 per month, there are bonus opportunities to more than 2x your monthly salary with performance. The job will pay you for every call you set and every sale you help close, with commissions for sales volume achieved.

The ideal candidate is a person hungry to work with a dynamic company in a rapidly evolving industry, with great sales experience. To you, “no” is a step closer to the person who says “yes”. You’ll go to the front of the line if you have sales experience with an advertising or marketing agency.

You are agile, professional, organized, and able to take on a range of responsibilities.

This job is completely remote.

Responsibilities:

- Qualify new leads that come in
- Maintain lead data in Hubspot, including lead status, source, follow up tasks, and written communications
- Write proposals
- Follow up with leads after proposals are sent
- Answer questions and ensure prospective are ready to work with us.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within a media or advertising business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
