Customer Service Lead Generation Representative (1099 Contract)

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Customer Service Lead Generation Representative. In this position, you will engage with potential customers through both outbound and inbound calls, generating leads and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
• Receive inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Schedule appointments for follow-up as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Must have a reliable computer.
• Must have a USB headset for clear communication.
• Must have a reliable wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
• Must have a quiet workspace that is free of noise.
• Must be able to speak clearly on the phone without whispering.
• Fully fluent in English.
• Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours Eastern Time), typically Monday through Friday and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to adhere to the established working schedule.
Compensation:
• Hourly rate of $1.00, with additional commissions and bonuses based on your performance. Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
Eligibility:
• This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 2 months, with continuation based on your job performance.
