I am looking for experienced job researchers to fully manage my job search process while also identifying high-income opportunities I can start immediately. My primary goal is to secure a 100% remote (or mostly remote) job paying $60,000+ per year in Business Development, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
Beyond my job search, I am also looking to maximize my earning potential by finding as many immediate income opportunities (except for insurance sales) as possible, including reseller programs, independent contractor roles, and flexible side businesses that allow me to work on my own time while generating significant income.
The Ideal Candidate or Team Will:
• Find, track, and apply to at least 1,000+ qualified job openings per week that align with my skills, experience, and salary expectations, with an ideal goal of 7,000+ applications per month.
• Search for and identify as many immediate income opportunities as possible, including reseller programs, contractor roles, and flexible high-income streams (no insurance sales).
• Collect and verify key decision-makers’ details, including hiring managers, job posters, and CEOs
• Craft and send personalized, high-quality outreach
• Submit my resume to every relevant recruiting firm and staffing agency that places candidates in remote roles.
• Proactively follow up with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure my applications receive attention.
• Optimize my resume and cover letters using AI tools to improve ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility and boost interview rates.
• Provide detailed weekly reports tracking all job applications, outreach efforts, income opportunities identified, and interview progress.
• Record their screen while working to ensure transparency and verify tasks are being completed as expected.
Who I Am Looking For:
I need a highly organized, results-driven team with expertise in:
• Job research and recruiting – Finding high-quality remote jobs and contacting hiring managers.
• High-volume application automation – Scaling applications efficiently using advanced tools and processes.
• Lead generation and direct outreach – Finding and contacting key hiring decision-makers.
• ATS-friendly resume and cover letter optimization – Ensuring my applications pass automated screening systems.
• Identifying reseller and remote self-employment opportunities – Finding new income streams I can start immediately.
• CRM and tracking tools (Apollo, Hunter, HubSpot, etc.) – Managing contacts, applications, and follow-ups efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Must have experience in high-volume applications and outreach – Handling thousands of applications efficiently.
• Must use automation and AI tools where possible – To increase efficiency and reach.
• Must be comfortable with screen recording – Ensuring accountability and verification of completed tasks.
This is a primarily outsourced role—I want to minimize my involvement in searching, applying, and following up. While I am happy to handle direct communications once initial outreach has been made, I need a highly efficient team that can secure interviews and income opportunities at scale with minimal input from me.
