Position Overview:

We’re looking for an Outbound Copywriter & Outreach Specialist to join our team full-time. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or someone with solid English and writing skills eager to learn, this role is for you. Your primary focus will be creating effective outreach messages, connecting with potential leads, and driving meaningful engagement that converts into booked calls. Depending on your expertise, we’ll provide training or hands-on support to ensure your success.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute daily cold outreach via DMs, emails, and other platforms.
- Research and identify potential leads to build strong connections.
- Write tailored, compelling outreach copy that drives engagement.
- Manage responses and keep the communication flowing.
- Track and refine outreach strategies to optimize results.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or copywriting (any combination works—training is available for the right candidate).
- Excellent English skills with the ability to write engaging, results-driven messages.
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a bonus but not required.

Compensation:

Increased Pay Over Time:
Starting Pay: $6 to $8 / hour (depending on past experience)
After 3 Months: $2 / hour pay increase
After 12 Months: $2 / hour pay increase
