Profile Description

I’m a  professional inbound and outbound customer service support where I
handled USA-based Healthcare accounts. My task is to review claims and check of
eligibility and benefits of the member. Provider ( doctors office/ clinics/
hospitals) calls, where they want to check what are the benefits of the patient as well as correct information for future claims, and in addition as a health care representative, I do have also a background in admin tasks where we input and gather the data from the facilities we handle. Admin tasks such as answering and sending emails regarding the updates, inputting detail of the patients or residents in our mother tool, monthly residents reports, DX codes, and updating excel or google excel. We do also manage to input the monthly and daily records of the residents/patients as well as the Medicare and Medicaid deposits. 

I can be also a Virtual Assistant, I can do Administrative tasks
like internet Research, Generating and Organizing Leads, Appointment setting
and booking appointments through phone and E-mails.
Also, I can do basic tasks like Data Entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Managing Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and Set Appointments with international /external through E-mails and phone. 
In addition, I can do Facebook ads specialists, Facebook page management, or social media management.  Photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, background removal, and Graphic design posts for social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Invitation card and business card. 
 
Lastly, I am a Hotel and Restaurant Management Graduate with
(22months) of experience as Hotel Receptionist. Experiences like: Sales, Hotel
and Airline Bookings, Room upgrade or Downgrade, Daily inventory, and sales. After
working as Hotel Receptionist. I work as a Customer Representative for (15
Months) and my task is to answer phone calls or inbound calls. As of today. I am
working as Part time Lead Generation and Appointment Setting. In this job, I
have to upsell and look for possible clients to book the services that we offer.

I am a team player, a Hardworking, Fast Learner, Exciting to
work with, Passionate, and Eager to learn new things. I can communicate well in
the English Language to assure Good service.  
I can be very useful in your team since my main objection to
my clients is to give Outstanding Results. Long Term Relationship,
