Profile Description
Over the last 10 years, I have been working in one of the top 50 company in the US. I was a Technical support representative for 3 years, now still in the BPO industry I was a billing representative in the Back Office support.
After being an Agent I was promoted as a Team Lead and was able to handle a Team with 24 Agents.
The project was supporting an Huge Oil Company in Australia.
