I have a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and I majored in English. My overall work experience includes roles namely online ESL Teacher, Team Leader, Head Team Leader, Quality Assurance Specialist, Cold-Caller, Customer Support and Technical Support Representative, Appointment Setter, and Internal Sales Agent.

My area of expertise in customer service includes call, chat, email, and tech support. I have extensive experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, multiple chats, and emails. Additionally, I am currently expanding my experience in the field of real estate as an internal sales agent.  My work experience has also given me the opportunity to learn how to use different tools such as FreshDesk, Zendesk, SnapEngage, AirCall, Shopify, ShipHero, Upscribe, Textline, PostScript, CallTools, Chime, and Ylopo.
