Prior to my Real estate VA career, I worked for  Ford Inc. for a year as a Customer Experience Specialist. My job basically is to answer queries of our clients via calls, email and even walk-ins. I also plot schedules for our clients's unit to be serviced either for check ups or simply preventive maintenance. I am also in charged in taking care of our after service surveys and assisting/solve clients concerns.
