Profile Description

I have been working since 2007 and I have been assigned to different fields. A year as a customer service representative, 3 years as a sales representative, 3 years as a quality analyst, and 3 years as a Quality Supervisor for a Customer Service and Technical account, A year as an ESL Teacher, 1 year as an Audio Transcriber and currently working as an Application Processor for a Real Estate company in Memphis TN.
I am proud to say that I am proficient in the English language, both oral and written. Customer handling and satisfaction, Inbound Telemarketing, Technical Support, ESL Teaching and Audio Transcription are some of my expertise. I am well experienced on basic computer and network troubleshooting for both Windows and Macintosh Operating System.
I am also knowledgeable on several MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also experienced in using different Quality tools such as Histogram, Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, Flow Charts, Control Charts and Run Charts. I am also Yellow Belt Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2008 trained.
In line with this, I was awarded as the best Quality Supervisor with my previous job since I was able to come up with a project that increased the sites Customer Satisfaction Score.
On the other hand, I love music and coffee very much. I also enjoy watching movies as well as traveling to different places.
