Hello! My name is Jafet, and I am a disciplined and hardworking individual with 3 years of experience in the fitness industry and counting. My experience comes from training myself and helping friends achieve their fitness goals through workout routines, basic nutrition guidance, and competition preparation.

I have also competed in bodybuilding competitions, where I placed Top 5 in two different categories. Through this journey, I developed strong qualities such as discipline, consistency, time management, and dedication. These traits help me stay focused and committed to any work or responsibility I take on.

Aside from fitness coaching, I am open to learning and working in different online roles, including Virtual Assistant (VA) tasks. While I may not have formal VA experience yet, I am a fast learner, adaptable, reliable, and capable of working independently. I am willing to undergo training, learn new tools, and continuously improve my skills to support the team and provide quality work.
