Profile Description

I have been a virtual assistant for almost 4 years now, and I'm proud to say that I've gained a lot of knowledge. These include, but are not limited to, using different CRMs like Zendesk and Pipedrive, communications tools like Slack, Google Chat, Skype. Some recruitment tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Vincere, LindkedIn Sales Navigator, and Recruiter. 

I have a lot of customer service experience, too. mostly in online stores. I used to be an Amazon Seller Support team leader.

I was assigned to different lines of business (LOBs), including feedback removal and any seller account-related concerns. I've been part of our leadership team with 25 headcounts (together with the Quality Assurance and the Subject Matter Expert), ensuring they delivered high-quality customer care on a daily basis too.

Creating and customising templates, reports, and business presentations specific to the team I handled was one of my responsibilities.

I've also been part of the customer service team of a known worldwide sports apparel company.

I also do merchandising for vehicles.

I am a self-directed person who is willing to learn new things. I can also work with less supervision.
