Over the past years, I have built a career in remote leadership, digital operations, and virtual administration within the global technology and digital marketing sectors. Starting in 2021 as a Student Ambassador for Shanghai Moonton Technology, I served as a primary campus representative, leading brand initiatives and fostering community engagement through strategic outreach. My role quickly evolved into significant leadership responsibilities, where I acted as a Mentor to guide new applicants and as an Interviewer to screen and evaluate prospective student candidates. This progression culminated in my promotion to Regional Program Administrator, shifting my focus to overseeing a nationwide network of student leaders. Expanding my operational reach into the digital agency space, I also managed backend remote workflows as a Digital Marketing Support Specialist, taking direct ownership of CRM tracking within GoHighLevel (GHL) and active monitoring of Facebook Ads campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager. Throughout these experiences, I have worked in a 100% online environment, mastering essential database tracking, workflow automation, and multi-channel communication tools. Managing national-level operations and agency pipelines while maintaining corporate-level discipline has allowed me to excel in professional remote administration.
