To strengthen my knowledge I have completed a specialized real estate virtual assistant training program that has equipped me with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. Through the training, I’ve learned about listing management, lead generation, CRM tools, property research, and other real estate tasks expected of a virtual assistant.
Aside from that, I have a strong background in customer service Inbound calls. This background has helped me develop strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and stay organized under pressure which are crucial in supporting agents and dealing with clients managing customers data, I am also highly experienced in using CRM tools like
HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Lion desk, ---------- , Salesforce, Follow Up Boss ,belgium and calendly,Zillow Rental Manager,Rentvine and ShowMojo.
