I studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the University of San Carlos and later earned a degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurial Management from Saint Theresa’s College. My educational journey equipped me with a solid foundation in both financial principles and business management strategies.

My career began as an ESL teacher, where I developed strong communication skills by teaching Korean and Japanese students. I then transitioned into the role of a Chat Support Agent at Concentrix, where I honed my abilities in customer service and technical support, specifically handling Intuit Payroll and QuickBooks Time accounts.

As an entrepreneur, I successfully managed and operated my own eatery business, overseeing inventory, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. My experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant at The JTP Agency and currently at Digital Hotel (1834 Hotels) has further expanded my skill set to include email and social media management, organizing data, creating marketing content, and customer service.

I am proficient in using a variety of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace, Canva, Salesforce, WordPress, Revinate, some AI tools, and many more. My ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly has always been a significant asset.
