I have more than nine years of practice in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative works. I developed a range of administrative, bookkeeping & accounting skills, such as:

*Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management (e.g. invoicing, collections, payments, vendor relations & communications)
*Reconciliation (bank & cash accounts, credit cards, trust accounts)
*Wide knowledge in different accounting programs such as QuickBooks(Desktop, Accountant, Online) and  Xero
*Working knowledge of US, Canadian & Australian accounting standard & procedures 
*Financial Reporting & Auditing
*Real Estate Software & CRM ( Loft47, Lone Wolf, Brigthfox, RealtyCMS, PropertyMe)
*Well experienced in using Microsoft Office programs ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programs such as GDrive, Dropbox, Canva
*Admin tasks (payroll & benefits administration, recruitment, inventory & office supplies management)
