Bookkeeper / Data Encoder

I have been around computers all my life and can type fairly fast while also making minimal mistakes maximizing my efficiency. I worked as a Data Encoder for a Poultry Farm before and handled day to day encoding operations for 4-5 hours straight. I currently work as an Assistant Bookkeeper that also utilizes my skills in Data Encoding frequently.

I grew up around computers, I built my first computer at around age 15 and up until now. I can troubleshoot issues and as much as my skills can also help with hardware or other related issues.

I can converse proficiently in English may it be verbally or written. English is taught to us from elementary all the way to college level. I would like to think that communicating in English is second nature to me and I treat it as my second language.

Working as an Assistant Bookkeeper and Former Data Encoder since before the pandemic started, i tend to over-analyze data and re-check documentations as redundant and as efficient while i can.

I currently work as an Assistant Bookkeeper for multiple clients, I mostly manage administrative and computer work, online tax filings, encode data, manage client inquiries, keep and update records, and sending documents or general administrative tasks that our client needs.

I am an Operations Management graduate and aiming to prove my skills while learning from first-hand experience. I am Yellow-Belt Certified for Lean Six Sigma and Also eligible for Professional Civil Service locally.
