During my two-year apprenticeship, I worked as a CAD Operator, where my primary focus was on AutoCAD. Throughout this experience, I gained extensive hands-on knowledge in drafting and design, allowing me to develop a strong proficiency in creating detailed technical drawings. I became adept at interpreting plans and specifications, collaborating closely with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role not only honed my technical skills but also taught me the importance of attention to detail and effective communication in the design process.

For 3D modeling, I prefer using SketchUp. It’s very user-friendly and easy to learn, particularly with the wide range of YouTube tutorials available. The intuitive interface allows beginners to quickly grasp the basics, while more advanced features cater to experienced users. Additionally, the active online community provides valuable resources and support, making it easier to troubleshoot issues and discover new techniques. Overall, SketchUp combines accessibility and functionality, making it my go-to choice for 3D design.

I consistently use Lumion for my walkthrough renderings due to its user-friendly interface and straightforward learning curve. Lumion allows me to quickly create stunning visualizations, which is essential for effectively presenting my designs. The software's vast library of assets, realistic lighting options, and real-time rendering capabilities enable me to bring my projects to life with minimal effort. Moreover, its intuitive tools allow for easy adjustments, making the process enjoyable and efficient. Overall, Lumion has become an indispensable part of my workflow, enhancing both my productivity and the quality of my presentations.

This software is my go-to for creating realistic images of my designs. It effectively captures details and textures, ensuring my visualizations reflect my vision. With its user-friendly features, I can quickly produce stunning results that impress clients and bring my concepts to life.

As a Level 3/5 user of Enscape, I have a solid understanding of the software’s capabilities and can effectively create high-quality visualizations. I can navigate the interface with ease and utilize essential features such as Basic Rendering Techniques, Real-Time Walkthroughs, Camera Settings, and Integration with Design Software.

As an architecture student, I was required to use 3D software for some of my design courses, and I chose Revit. While I wouldn’t rate myself a 5/5 yet, I am eager to improve and learn what I need to achieve expert-level proficiency.
