Profile Description

I have over 7 years of diverse experience in research, writing, design, and leadership. 

I am a former Research Specialist at Visayas State University (VSU). I polished manuals, updated procedural guidelines, and managed research databases. My passion for civic engagement led me to found Tabang PH, where I with my friends all over the region raised  over PHP100,000. We were able to distribute more than 5,000 PPEs during the pandemic, earning recognition as a Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) finalist.

I also have a strong foundation in content creation, having written engaging PR pieces for Visayas State University and served as the Executive Director of Amaranth (VSU's student media organization), where I boosted web traffic by 50% and spearheaded the first-ever regional sports coverage. My experience as a correspondent for MovePH & Rappler allowed me to report on key events and verify information for breaking news.

I am also an experienced illustrator, using tools like Clip Studio Paint
& Procreate for creative projects. I penned and illustrated a farmer-friendly comic book on Good Agricultural Practices for Abaca for the German NGO Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).

I describe myself as work in progress - always open to learning and building new skills. I strongly believe  that producing high-quality work on the go translates to efficiency.
