I am a Tech VA with a real IT background. I hold a BS in Information Technology and work professionally as a junior web developer, which means I bring more technical depth to VA work than most candidates you will find on this platform.

What I can help you with:
- Website maintenance and updates (WordPress, Webflow, HTML-based sites)
- Tech support and troubleshooting for tools, platforms, and software
- Data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)
- General tech-focused admin and operations support

I do not need step-by-step hand-holding for technical tasks because I understand systems from a developer's perspective. I am comfortable picking up new tools quickly and working independently once I understand what a role needs.
