I have been working with international clients for 8 years. 5 years I worked in the BPO Industry (call centers) where I handled various accounts with different industries. I worked as a customer support (phone, emails, chats), a telephone banker where I process account creation, bills payments and money transfers, I also worked as a healthcare representative where I assist customers with their claims, benefits and coverage. 3 years ago, I started my journey in the virtual assistance realm where I assist CEOs with their calendars, arrange meetings, manage emails, do market research and book flights and restaurants. I also worked in an apparel company where I was in-charge of the daily production of digital and scree printing of shirts, building and publishing shirt collections in the website via Shopify, I also did some basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, payroll, bills and tax payments and bank and credit card reconciliations.
