I am keen on details. This is vital for my current role as Team Leader spotting nuances, errors, faults and transgressions to the most minute information.

I am proud to always think outside the box of course still following company guidelines and policies to be able to examine and assess situations like productivity and occupancy.

I have excellent subject-verb agreement knowledge. I have been assigned as a critic for multiple papers back in college. I have employed programs previously to improve and enhance the writing skills of teammates.

I have intermediate level on this application. I can go until Xlookup and devise formulas using If, IfError, etc. I can learn Macro if needed.

I can easily make presentations of all sorts. I have been assigned roles previously to create a deck ranging from client presentation to researches and simple product showcases.

I am adept in using this including formatting, layout and etc.

Since this is the main tool for our VDI, I am an expert in troubleshooting, utilizing and enhancing user experience including the applications inside.

I have been involved in blogging sites like Steemit posting a myriad of topics which were then converted into substantial monetary value.

I have been a phone agent and a supervisor taking on escalations. I have also been a Resolution Specialist to far more complex concerns catering both US and Canada.

I’m much inclined in utilizing data derived from agent output to further use as tools for improvement.

This should be 5-stars but the limit restricts me. Since I am a gamer, hardware and software technicalities are not an issue. I may not know some things but I’m sure I can find answers when the need arises.
