I have  multiple experiences in the BPO industry mainly customer service representative, where I support enquiry about bookings , bills, and order support
I also had a technical support background for over  10 years assisting customers concerns to all technical issues pertaining to telephones,Internet,mobiles and cables.
As it progresses I had experienced in lead generation as specialist in researching potential leads and nurturing leads to be specific in all fields of medical.
I have also worked as a digital marketing specialist for software based in Asia , Australia , and New Zealand . Where in we offer solutions to clients regarding there I.t software needs.I started as regular customer service representative and worked my way up high to become one of the most awarded subject matter expert of the field of CSR and TSR. However my experienced in lead generation specialist and as a digital marketers , had help me equipped my skills in teaching and closing deals.  I have gained lot of hands on experience communicating with clients and candidates in solution process like CEO’s , executives, Managers is different companies. And all of these require ample of research as part of the job being a lead generation specialist and a marketer.
