In my most recent role at Synchrony Financial, I worked as an E-Chat Support Specialist, managing a diverse range of private-label credit cards, including those linked to Walmart, JCPenney, Chevron, and others. I leveraged my expertise in navigating multiple tools to fulfill my duties and responsibilities effectively. This position required strong attention to detail, a high level of professional communication, and extensive knowledge of financial information.

After leaving my career in real estate due to the pandemic, I transitioned to selling items online, focusing primarily on military supplies, including uniforms, accessories, and boots. I conduct my online sales through platforms such as Facebook, Lazada, and Shopee. I have a solid understanding of Facebook advertising, including crafting compelling ad creatives and implementing chat automation with tools like Botcake. Additionally, I am skilled in creating and updating product listings on Lazada and Shopee, which are similar to Alibaba. Currently, my main product line consists of stickers.

With years of experience managing social media for my previous business and real estate career, I’ve developed strong skills in scheduling posts and creating effective Facebook ads. My recent training, combined with AI tools, has significantly enhanced my abilities, making content creation more seamless and imaginative. I can now craft more engaging and targeted campaigns, ensuring that businesses connect with their audience while boosting brand visibility. Whether it's developing a posting schedule or leveraging AI for ad optimization, I can bring a refined and efficient approach to social media management.

Through my Masterclass Training at Udemy, I’ve gained a strong foundation in SEO Optimization, focusing on effective keyword research and creating SEO-friendly content that enhances website visibility. I specialize in on-page SEO techniques, ensuring that content is optimized for both search engines and user experience. My training has equipped me with the knowledge to improve search rankings, attract more organic traffic, and contribute to overall business growth.

I worked as a phone customer service specialist at GE Money Bank, which is now known as Synchrony Financial. My primary role involved managing JCPenney private label credit card accounts. Additionally, I had the privilege of being selected to spearhead the launch of a new account called PCC, where I handled various small business accounts, including multiple private-label credit cards such as those associated with Ashley Furniture, Dick's Sporting Goods, and others. Once the new account was successfully established, I was subsequently transferred back to my original role at JCPenney. Later, I was promoted laterally to a position in e-chat support.

I have completed a General Virtual Assistant Training Program at VA Training PH, where I acquired essential skills in calendar management, email management, data entry, and social media management. I am skilled in utilizing project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, and Notion to streamline tasks and maintain project organization.

I developed a strong foundation in website building, learning how to create functional, user-friendly websites tailored to business needs. I became proficient in optimizing websites for SEO, ensuring better visibility in search engine rankings. With an understanding of responsive design and user experience, I can create sites that are both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Additionally, I use AI tools to enhance the process, making website development more efficient and results-driven.

My training encompassed the ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze product details meticulously, and develop well-defined target audience personas.
