I have at least 8 years of experience as customer service rep providing support to customers with biiling queries, chasing payments and account maintenance for the most part. My experience as customer service rep gave me an opportunity to work with American, British and Australian customers. I did calls and chats in that 10-year experience. I am currently connected with QBE Insurance, supporting our North America region. Started out as an admin support to our Underwriting Team and our agents for 4 years from 2015 to 2019 including being an SME, then got promoted as Team Leader from mid 2019 until present. My work at QBE is completely back office but joins calls during meetings with our onshore partners.
