I'm Upgrade to see actual info, a 29-year-old from the Philippines. I'm eager to apply for customer service, virtual assistance (VA), and administrative support roles. Providing excellent customer service is my passion, but I'm open to roles that involve administrative tasks too.

For almost two years, I've been freelancing, gaining valuable experience and skills. Recently, I landed my first official job as a Customer Service and Admin Support representative at an e-commerce company using Shopify. 

I handle customer emails, ensuring they receive prompt solutions and have a positive experience. Additionally, I update and customize our Shopify store by adding new products using user-friendly drag-and-drop tools.

My performance is measured by key indicators such as customer satisfaction ratings, response time, resolution time, and product update accuracy. 

In my previous role as a data entry specialist, I managed billing inquiries and financial transactions using Power Clerk and NetSuite. I also handled net metering applications and ensured regulatory compliance. I interacted with utility companies like Ameren Illinois, Commonwealth Edison, Southwestern Electric Cooperative, and Egyptian Electric Cooperative.

For a full-time job (40 hours per week), my expected salary is PHP 40,000 per month. For part-time roles, PHP 20,000 per month would be suitable.

I'm available to start immediately and can commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, exclusively during graveyard shifts.
